Execution of the project will be carried out in following courses: Foundation Course: Preparation for professional certification
Project Confluence: Project based Learning ( PBL )
All Interested Candidates will be trained in Either of the following Programming languages.
1. C# Dot Net
2. Asp Dot Net
3. Java
The duration of this Training would be 6 months. [ 1 month leave for final exam, 15 days leave for internal exam ]
All students will have to appear for a Test Conducted by Expedite Solutions.
All students who pass will be provided certificate by Expedite Solutions.
All students will be provided training and support to clear any one of the following professional certifications introduced by industry giants (Founders of .NET, JAVA).
1. Microsoft Visual C# .NET ( Web Development ) - Certification
2. Microsoft Visual C# .NET ( Desktop Application ) - Certification
3. Sun Certification for Java Programmer ( SCJP )

Based on the performance of the student, the student will be enrolled in Project Confluence.
Project Confluence Project Based Learning [ IN CAMPUS]
As the name suggests, It will be totally practical and working with Experts from the industry having a minimum of 5 years of Experience.
I - Industrial Training ( 2 months ) [ Industrial Etiquette ]
All selected students will be trained on basic Office Etiquette and proper way of communication between and among teams in the organization.
This is a must as this will speedup the software development process.
They will be trained on different softwares used in the industry which are required in day to day life of any software engineer. More over, they will be trained in ISO 9001:2008 processes which ensures quality software.

II - Live Project ( 2 Years )
All selected students will be now allocated definite projects. We call this Group as Genius Group.
Each Genius will work on live projects.
Based on the performance in the last 2 phases, definite responsibilities and roles will be assigned to each Genius .
A group of Genius will be working under a person from the industry; the project lead.
The project lead will have a minimum experience of 5 years and from a reputed organization.
The work will be assigned, reviewed, Quality assured, deployed in real time. All current methodologies and process prevalent in a quality driven organization will be implemented.

Each Genius will be required to work for around 20 hours daily on Live Project under the guidance of the Project lead.
He will be given 1 month of holiday on each External Examination and 15 days leave for each Internal Exams.
He will be allowed to work till he is associated with the college.
