Confluence is an ambitious project aimed at directing students to cut the gap between their school/college education and their expected career goals. Transforming young talents into producing practical & usable IT solutions is the goal of this project.
Practical training through industry derived processes & methodology can make profound impact on one’s career & can help potential employee in recruitment & promotion activities.
Project Confluence is simple and powerful plan carefully designed by experience exports to allow institutions let their students be aware of industry requirements, processes & get them prepared well in advance before their launch in job market.
Highly competitive job requirements due to exponential growth in number of students as well as specialized institutions, requires knowledge beyond classrooms to achieve career goals in engineering industry, especially in software & computers.
In carrying out the curriculum review, especially when seeking to implement changes towards a new educational model, the elements that are reasonably difficult to deal with are training students to develop their personal skills and abilities. Such skills are normally referred to as transferable and incorporate life-long learning abilities. These elements are generally documented, but yet have proven difficult to implement with regard to the operational levels in an organization, as the focus is traditionally on science and conventional technical issues.

The development of a new curriculum must include securing vertical and lateral coherency for the technical and scientific content. Here, the additional aspects on how to find time for the project work, and how to find training gaps in additional elements like personal skills and abilities must be dealt with. This often leads institutions to review their curricula and rethink their overall objectives from the perspective of a new project oriented educational model. This process can be hard as lecturers have been brought up with a traditional paradigm that is based on lectures.
Typically a student from a college during his 3 or 4 years of college life learns

To be successful in software job market, a student is required to have much more than the university defined course. In response to this, many colleges have redefined their way of teaching, by adding industry required programming languages, providing guest lectures through renowned people in the industry and have entertained companies for placements.
Even though it allows student to learn required computer skills, more often it is not sufficient. Renowned software companies still require 1 to 2 years of experience in software development field. Employers are not satisfied if the students have not worked in real projects. In summary they look for person who has worked and knows all but not limited to the following:

  • Help Creation tools

To achieve this students, join extra classes, join training institutes. But none provide Industrial Experience.
We are here to bridge the gap between Technical Education & Industrial requirements. The theme is, work for over 3000 hours over the period of graduation/post graduation education, industry exports and execute one or more real time projects in a professional way. We are looking forward to affiliate with maximum of 4 colleges across Gujarat.
